I can imagine Naomi doing exactly what Emily says she does & at the same time, I can imagine Emily thinking exactly those thoughts... so believable.
Would have been interesting to read one like this from Naomi's point of view. Loved it.

First let me say that I love this! Just perfect as it is!

"She never admitted she was ill, unless she could barely walk..." I totally see Naomi being exactly like that. All the negatives were really spot on character.

"The way she ran a finger down Emily’s spine when they made love. The way she breathed on her neck when they hugged." So sweet and sexy at the same time. So something that Emily would focus on.

"The snail-paced journeys down to the corner shop in her mum’s car because despite somehow passing her driving test, Naomi didn’t have the confidence to drive at normal speed through fear of killing someone or something." Absolutely hilarious! I can just see her crouched over the wheel inching forward down the road and breaking whenever anyone even looks like they might step into the road.

The overall sentiment of the piece is so true as well! I really like this!

This so sweet and realistic! Some love fanfics just talk about how much two characters want to kiss eachother or something, but you explore the traits that draw people together. Well done!

and i loved this, its was just simply short and sweet. and i think you picked out little habbits alot of people have or get annoyed by and that that you can relate to haha. and then simpe gestures that while may mean nothing to someone, it means everything to you, because your partner knows you that well!

its funny how the simpliest of things make a differant. how the good will always rule out the bad (unless its in press because press seem to get a kick of listing all the shit and never complimenting anything good lol) but yes in relationships good rules out bad, and the bad you oddly miss when its gone...

I love the paragrath that says "the littles things were what mattered" - mainly because its so true, sometimes the smallest gesture of someone you know so well like "buttering toast" is better and nices than a big gesture of a complete stranger or a give you wouldnt really buy for yourself...
