I loved it.

This story was so epic! I love that there was more to it than just the two of them. A different take on Victor, who is always portrayed as a distant, shadowy evil is much appreciated. I will feel differently about him from now on. Love all the characters and how you made Bobby into such an asshole (yay!). Def my favorite rogan story that wasn't just a citrus orchard! You're awesome

Part way through I read your comment in your profile about the nasty review left. Now I'm at the end I'm still at a loss as to what that person thought they were doing. I can only infer a lack of imagination, creativity and any kind of worldly experience or ability to understand the concept of literature. It was a fantastic storyline and the rape seemed both relevant and well illustrated. I did have issue with Rogue sleeping with Havok and Wolverine sleeping with Agent Danvers, though. For me that completely spoiled any possible/potential relationship between them and by the time I got to the part where they get it together I was just feeling a complete lack of chemistry, passion and motivation in both of them. Tbh I didn't really care about them getting together at that point, which hasn't happened in any other story. As it stands it's a very good story. It could be a great story without them sleeping with the other two and with more relevant lead up to them being together, or without them getting together at all, but not as it stands. That said I still enjoyed it and will likely read it a few more times at least. It just didn't hit any kind of spot as a Rogue/Wolverine romance.

I just read the update to your profile from 12/2012 and wanted to make sure that you got an extra heaping of love. I hope that the comment from that rude and oversensitive (why else would they lash out like that) reviewer didn't turn you off from writing forever! I just looked to see that it's been a while since you posted a new story but I truly hope that you do continue with the sequel to this and any future X-Men story featuring Rogue.

As many times as I've read this story here and on WRFA, I'm not sure if I've ever reviewed and that's a darn shame! I've once again read this story straight thru and went thru all the heart clenching, Victor loving, Rogan loving emotions I got the first time.

Loved this story, i started reading and couldn't stop. i loved how you made the traditionally good characters not quite so perfect and the traditionally bad guys likeable. plus the story line really hooks you!

This is just great.
I especially loved your fight scenes. So violently intense, just plants me in the right perspective.
I fell in love with the platonic banter between victor and marie!
Of course, rogue and wolverine were absolutely adorable!

wow excellant story would make a great film.

First thing's first I have to say this: this fic was actually perfect for me. The angst, the drama, the humor, the darkness, the romance and smut -everything is right in place. I'm always such a sucker for underestimated females who come out strongest in the end. I love how it's so Rogue-centric. Everybody fears/loves/wants her. Since I was a child, and especially since the X-Men movies came out, I've always been thoroughly perplexed as to WHY Rogue wasn't deemed THE most powerful mutant ever. Yeah, yeah, I know she's got her limits regarding control, BUT STILL! I'm stubborn and I will always root for her no matter what. I guess all I'm saying is, this is the perfect fic to acknowledge Rogue's ultimate potential.

Now, the Rogan factor is another thing. It's amazing. I'm actually glad for once that Logan just got hit on the head with how much he actually loved Marie. Sometimes, life is like that. You wake up on a normal day and you end up realizing how life works at the end of the day.

Anyway, amazing job. I loved reading through all the chapters and I always just kept hoping that the story would go on and on. It's nice to know that they ended on that note, and tho I'm a little sad Victor went on his way, I know all is well for everyone.

SO GREAT FUCKING JOB, AUTHOR! You did great with this one and congratulations in finishing the fic! ;) I do hope you write more! Your writing style is fantastic, and I love how you write Rogan.
