OH! I know how to deafeat Eggman! Make him fall in love with a sweet person who will melt his cold heart and make him nice!

Or, maybe, counselling sessions! Make him talk about his life and what happened to make him such a greedy megalomaniac (spelling?) and then give him a hug. Eggman needs a hug.

Heehee... Maybe not. This story looks sweet and mostly well written. There are a few grammar niggles but nothing huge. I can go through them with you if you'd like.
