Immensely enjoying the story. Just reading poor Severus past memory of being called creepy and lily the lower being so mean about it breaks my heart. Makes me wonder how many ppl out there are judged so cruelly over looks or personality differences

I loved this story, you are an amazing writer. It was very engaging the entire time. I just the ending was more fulfilling, not such a cliffhanger.

One little thing from a couple of chapters ago - when Hermione takes her shoes off at the party because they're hurting her, it's not mentioned that she puts them on again before disapparating.

Reading this from Severus' perspective is painful - especially the confrontation with Minerva. Great job with adressing her worst fears with the cup, I'm wondering didn't Ron see it? I wanted him to say something, but I suppose this really wasn't the time. I was wondering how you would deal with the kiss - well played.

I like that you didn't detail out everything with the break-in. I think this was just the right amount to maintain the tension that is building up to the end. I love the part where Severus is trying to find out what happened to her without showing that he is freaking out inside.

The idea of Dumbledore planning for Severus to die so Harry gets control of the wand is a new angle I've never seen. It totally makes sense in the way Dumbledore can be very cold and calculating. This is the man who made Severus do what he does at the end of the sixth book. Even if that wasn't his plan, I could see Dumbledore working it as an alternate possibility if Severus wasn't in a position to convince Harry he needed to sacrifice himself. Harry was more likely to be pissed enough to kill him anyway.

Voldemort's reaction to them getting away is really well done - super scary. I loved the where you used his flight ability here, I think there is a part of him that likes to show off a bit, in his quiet way. He can be so confident one moment and so insecure the next, it's kind of adorable.

I never even considered the fact that Snape nearly died when Draco was cursed! I like the idea of him being magically pulled to the scene.

I like that Snape swears. It shows just how discombobulated he is.
