I have read the prequel. This second review is especially for the two stories by you and your friend.

I don’t know how to tell it somewhat nicely Victor really is OOC.

Well I cannot say that I don’t like your story and that of your friend! Really, they have potential, your OC is likeable and original. But I can’t stop thinking that your piece of writing needs more depth. And to encourage your motivation to write more about their feelings, descriptions of the two including such seemingly less important things as the surroundings I tell you that you can do all of that! Your writing style is so far very nice and pleasant to read. Please do not let your OC and Vic appear so hollow, they definitly do not deserve that. Make their relationsship more traceable and understandable (especial HIS feelings and motives for being head over heels in love with Annessa) and more readers start to like your story.

By the way I think the genre of the stories is more a "romance" than anything else, it does not hurt to admit that. I like romances.

Due to the fact that I find your Victor slightly OOC I am now going to read the prequel of Joule by your friend kshires09 to fully understand the reason why Victor is ablte to be so "nice" to her!

Don't get me wrong, I like your story but couldn't believe in it, seeing Victor all going soft on her.. You probably know too that he is not nice most of his lifetime, but I do like the feelings he has towards her.

Um, hon, you do know that a poulette is, according to ,

"poulette - allemande sauce with chopped parsley.

Sauce - flavorful relish or dressing or topping served as an accompaniment to food".

I've never known that to be a romantic term, even in Gambit's cajun patois. Petite maybe, or cherie, but never poulette.

i wish i found this sooner! i love this story and its extremely rare for me to read stories with OC's, but urs are believeable and don't act all mary-sueish. i can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter which i hope comes out soon!
