| Pink Bead Girl chapter 1 . 3/2/2010 This story was exquisitely beautiful and heartwarming. You captured each little happy moment with jewel like clarity. It was so very sweet having Yuuki show Kaname how to roll cookies. I felt the love and warmth as Kaien Cross smiled so lovingly at both children, giving a glimpse into the future even more loving father he would become. I am sure it was balm to poor Kaname's sad soul when Yuuki proclaimed him to be part of the family and should be with them on 'family day'. It was a lovely bittersweet moment too when Yuuki asked Kaname-sama to read her a story and he heard the ghost of the echo from the past when she had asked Onii-sama for a bed time story as well. My heart ached for poor Kaname too when he lay himself down on Yuuki's soft bed with her and 'it was the first it felt like he had a home in more than a year.' Thankyou so much for this lovely little interlude. |
