TortoisetheStoryteller chapter 1 . 4/12/2014 No, children do not always grow up, male or female. Their toys just get more expensive. |
Darkover chapter 1 . 12/17/2010 Dear Linda: This was sweet! I very much enjoyed the compare-and-contrast of Eldarion, Aragorn's son of his body, with Faramir, Aragorn's son of his heart. As always, thanks for writing and posting this tale. Sincerely, Darkover |
Desertfyre chapter 1 . 4/1/2010 Aw, that was so sweet. D |
user124 chapter 1 . 3/5/2010 AHAHAHA! OMG, that was funny! ? |
ImagingThings chapter 1 . 1/2/2010 Cute! :D |
AC2 chapter 1 . 7/28/2009 Excellent fluff! Not twee, and realistic in the way the characters are depicted. I smiled at the scene where the nanny announced that Eldarion went to sleep with Shadowfax in his arms. Added to my favourites. |
T'Kath chapter 1 . 6/6/2009 *smile* The difference between little boys and grown up men proven again: The price of the toy... What an enchanting little story. Had to laugh imagening Smaug on Aragorns throne. |
Stoneage Woman chapter 1 . 5/26/2009 Tee hee, this was so cute! Oh how the mighty have fallen...the great heroes Aragorn and Faramir, searching for a toy dragon! Really, this crcked me up. |
Deandra chapter 1 . 5/24/2009 Sweet! And amazing what a firm nanny can do better than a soft Papa! - Deandra |
Virtuella chapter 1 . 5/23/2009 Hehehehe. It's actually quite tidy under Eldarion's bed, by my standards. ;-) Methinks Aragorn needs some more practice in putting little children to bed - the nanny could clearly teach him a thing or two! What I particularly liked, though, was the way Arwen did /not/ join in the childhood reminiscences. That was so appropriate, given that she's been an adult for a few thousand years and probably can't even remember... BTW, remember what I said about present participles? |
Araloth the Random chapter 1 . 5/22/2009 The image of a grinning Smaug sitting on the throne was pretty funny. Very cute! D |
Lady Akyrial chapter 1 . 5/22/2009 Normally, I do not get into or read Eldarion stories, but this one was brilliant. I loved the innocence of the child and the fatherly role that you portrayed. You have the makings of being a great writer! Please do more of these ficlets. |
Sarahbarr17 chapter 1 . 5/22/2009 A very sweet little ficlet. Hugs, Sarah x |
