First of all, the way you wrote this opening scene with him stumbling over the word Temperance, and knowing that it didn't sound right was just...awesome. But then...then you bring in this:

"She hadn't believed in a 'cosmic balance sheet' before then. But now, as she stood alone in the cold hospital corridor, waiting for the doctors to complete their analysis of her partner, she thought she understood the concept. She had wanted to bring a life into this world. And for that to occur, a life had to be taken from her.

Instant Karma."

And I literally said "Whoa." at my computer. Genius Em, Genius.

I decided to go through your other stories and read...and I have to say, this one made me tear up. How amazing would it have been if they had Booth forget he called her Bones, only to remember 12 or 13 episodes into the season? They completely missed the boat on that one.
