This is a great insight into the Dark Prince! I love his experiencing taste and eating for the first time. You write him very well.

I absolutely love how you write the Dark Prince. The way you word his discoveries, his personal notes and just everything is so fun to read.

And I loved the bit about the pomegranates. Loved it. It's one of my favorite bits in the game and it was a great basis for this story.

I'm actually really sad this is just a one-shot. I hope you feel the urge to write more Dark Prince-centric fic in the future 3
