This seems like the situation from Eric's POV. I think it was pretty good if this was your first story. Even though it's been awhile, I can't think of anything I could say to have made this better.

Whoa...considering the teasers that are now out (via Dead in the Family) about what went down on Eric's end, I would say that you are a mind-reader...That was amazing...it was almost exactly what CH herself wrote (with the exception of Victor's Death)...

Interesting POV, it does make me curious as to why Eric was not there and what he meant by 'You're killing me'. It's good to see somebody else's perspective on this and also really well written. I'm sorry I have not read this before now. Your writing is flawless and probably deserves much more credit then it seems to have gotten.
