Okay, this is hilarious. It really is. But it's unlikely. I'm not entirely sure, but I vaguely remember something about Vulcan naming traditions, possibly from one of the books, that says the name is supposed to be five letters long, start with "S", and end with "k". It was supposed to be a tradition in honor of ... Sarek? Was that the name of the first Vulcan to do the whole "logic over emotion" thing? It was started in honor of that guy anyway. But yeah, the names aren't just supposed to start with "S", they have to end with "k" too.

S names are common among Vulcans? Well, I haven't seen Next Generation in a VERY long time, and barely understood it when I did, and the Delta quadrant doesn't exactly have many Vulcans, so I'll take your word for it. I can't recall Tuvok's first name at the moment either.
