I am definitely disappointed that Zac didnt get to be an Asgardian but its for the best I suppose.

You should definitely continue this story, it has potential maybe even reboot it in the future.

They're gonna make Chuck an Avenger? That'd be so cool. Of course, he'd still need to see Sarah at the end of the day, but it would be so cool if Chuck got in on the ground floor with Hawkeye and Cap and Tony.

Ok, for real, that was a pretty damn good chapter on both ends, the nightmare (which still doesn't hold a candle to the canon nightmare scene; got that one on my iTouch) and the lemon scenes. I have to thank you for putting that vision of Sarah topless in my head. That whole bit was suggestive without being explicit, just like they do on the show.

Great explanation for those of us ignorant in the nuances of Marvel. Love what you're doing with our favorite couple.

I just enjoyed the 9 chapters in one sitting. You did very well with the plot - Chuck and the virus, taking control of his brain, and also with building up the nemesis for the sequel. I wasn't lost in the cross over details, so you did a good job keeping it to the Chuck 'verse. Great job!

This morning I had the great pleasure of finishing "Chuck vs The Trojan Hourse." I greatly enjoyed your AU and the crossover with the Marvel Universe. You were able to do this without taking too much away from the Chuck Universe or diverging from the characters established personalities. I think we've all wondered at times what would happen if Chuck uploaded corrupted/tampered intersect files, that forced Chuck to flash and lose control. I thought you were able to play this out very well. Thanks for making the wait until next March a little more bearable. I can't wait to start on the sequel.. Keep those chapters coming!

Gah, I want more already! :squees in excitement and makes grabby hands: Casey and Sarah join SHIELD, and Chuck will be an Avenger, omg AWESOME! I have this very entertaining image in my head of Chuck fanboying over Tony Stark, and totally geeking out over all the great tech. XD

Yay, everyone's alive! The Intersect's broken, but I hopeit can be fixed eventualy. Maybe? I really liked this chapter, great character interaction! Chuck and Sarah are adorable, and saying Sam and Casey are siblings? Oh man that's pricless. Free rein for her to bug him! XD Poor Morgan, kicked out of the school, but it's fun to see him again! The wheelchair antics are totally something they'd get up to, I can see it so clearly!

That explosion is major bad news, obviously, I hope the team can figure things out!

Very nice use of "Renegade", also inspired by SPN? heh, and even Casey isn't immune to the puppy eyes. But man, that puppy got vicious! Poor Chuck! Poor everyone else too, having to fight this evil!Chuck.
