Somehow, I missed this wonderful story of yours, among the others I've enjoyed so much. I saw a review you left for another writer's story a few days ago, so I know you're still around, if not writing yourself at the moment. So I wanted you to know how much I was touched by this slight change to the pre-brain surgery period of time wherein Booth is anxiously waiting and Brennan is there to support him. While having the episode happen this way might have shortened the duration of the series, resulting in us having fewer years to enjoy the show, I would love to have seen it acted out as you portray in this story. Very touching, and very likely to have occured if the two of them had only worked up the nerve to reveal their feelings to each other. Well done.

I feel so badly that I hadn't read any of the nice people who had been reading mine, but I really was worried that it would affect my process and didn't want to absorb any ideas that were not mine, so to speak.

Now that I am between stories I can come back and read yours, and while I cannot bear to even read about Hannah actually being a part of the story, I enjoyed going back in time with this one.

I love that we agree, poor Booth does not see himself as good enough for her, and we have a mutual theme of being ready. Personally, I think they were ready in this moment too. Just stupid network desires to keep the leads apart *shakes fist at Hart Hanson*

Loved it! I can't wait for this episode...the wait is going to kill me after having two episodes a week for a while. I just saw the promo pics and this fits in with them perfectly...Although I could swear in one of them he was about to ask Bones for some more pudding :) The wait is going to kill me! Gahh! I hope something like this is going to happen in it when it airs.
