This was a good story. I especially enjoyed the slow burn while he was heading up to courting her. (Sorry - can't comment on your lemons since I usually skip reading them. Kinda squicked me out reading how Cain turned into Christian Gray.) - It made me sad that DG felt that she didn't fit in. That was a different take from how the mini-series ended, but you did a good job weaving the story.

Someday, when you jump back into this fandom, PLEASE write a mini-sequel to this. Please. Pretty please? Because I want the interrogation and the political reactions. I want to see how DG handles herself in front of everyone.

Not that I need to tell you this, but this is a great story! I love the way you make these two interact...and last chapter, shoot I should have left a review for that one but I just like to keep rolling along to read what's next and next and next...well anyway...the last chapter scene with Glitch - perfect that he would be able to get her to do something Cain couldn't.

And I had to wipe away tears from the Raw-gets-frazzeled-from-teleportation scene. Brill!

I read this story once early in finding out about Tin Man and reading the fanfics even before I could get a copy of the movie, and I loved it. Now, after having seen the movie and reading pages of story listings more, I had to come find this one now too find the one that expressed that feeling (paraphrase?) 'useless things get disposed of', to mark it out for many re-reads.

Why? Because it wasn't just a remarkable and well-written tale (which has earned others special attention from me), but because it is something I have struggled with, especially on my darkest days. I am not implying that this story has done wonders for me, even that I need such done, simply that it is interesting to see this applied to these characters (and also that incredibly this is certainly something that could have come out of a continuance of canon).

Okay, usually when I find a fic I only review on the most recent chapter; but I have to take a moment and say; Holy Crap! This is bloody fantastic. the writing style, the emotional depth, the capturing of the characters... just worlds of wow!
