umm, why are you trying to keep there personality the same as canon? they grew up in entirely different circumstances so they would not be the same... this is basic fact

It is truly a tragedy that this story is not being continued. Everything about it works. The characterization, despite the drastically altered circumstances, remains true to the show, given a little leeway considering the different circumstances play a role how the characters' personalities develop. The plot, while remaining "in line" with the series' plot, has its own twists and development, which make total sense considering how the characters have swapped their roles. This is easily one of the best Shana fanfiction out there, of which there is sadly too few.

You should really continue this great story!

Ahh… what a nice story. A plot that makes sense, a good distribution of cliffhangers and characters who aren't OOC. Though in my opinion Kazumi would have fit much better as Khamsin's switch. Poor Shana she finally confessed to Yuji only to find out who's responsible for the disappearance of her parents. So Hecate will find out that Yuji is a Flame Haze and they'l have to work together to stop Bal Masque awesome XD.

So Yuji will tell her what happened to her parents? I kinda feel sorry, but I wonder how come Shana is aware of her parents missing. normally people wouldn't think about that. Wouldn't it be more that she always thought she had no parents?

Wilhelmina is her guardian so that means her parents are dead and she wasn't born in Misaki city so what was her live before to moved to that city?
