The way Yamato doesn't address Sai's behavior is stupid. He is clearly the one preventing out of combat teamwork.
Realistically he would have addressed the issue the very first or second time Sai said anything insulting, well before departure.

I dont want to hinder your creative juices but it seems like. everyone just uses a shunshin to travel around instead of walking it seems a little excessive and a tad bit impractical to do that every time. but othernthen that great story.
