So good!

What an amazing story!

This is an absolutely lovely fic! I hope that you know i still check for updates every now and then.I really love your charcterizations of the characters and how you have expanded them from the series.

I realize this story is an oldie for you, but I just wanted to say...your writing is incredible! This reads like a novel. The characterizations are spot on, most notably Atem's. Not only did you capture his kingly seriousness and pride, but you also convinced me that a marriage proposal after three days of knowing each other might not be such a crazy thing...it just seemed right, given Atem's and Teana's circumstances.

I had to leave a review because 1. (I'm not a monster) and 2. I keep thinking of this story when I struggle with Atem's characterization in my own Anzu/Atem fanfic. I think, "Would Scrib's Atem do/say that?" and if he wouldn't, *I don't write him doing the thing he wouldn't have done.* So thanks for that! :)

Keep on keeping on, Scrib, and don't let the haters keep you down. You're obviously doing what your meant to be doing.

I'm all late for the story, but please. Please update! This story's got my hooked! I love how you have everyone in character. I really want Atem and Tea to have a happily ever after ugh. This cliffhanger ugh ;-; Please don't abandon this masterpiece, i hope sometime in the future you come back and finish it -

Nope. Still sucks. You fail at life. You were obviously dropped on your head when you were born which means you are brain damaged and autistic despite you looking like an old woman according to your Youtube videos. Think about the children for crying out loud!

THIS IS NOT A FANFICTION. it should be a novel. the writing is amazing, the blot is new and very well done. i enjoy reading it very much as if it was an actual book(i like it more then veronica decided to die which is an actual book i am reading) please continue it. and I can see why Marik killed his father, that illiterate man if he read the Quran he would have know that the first word in it was freakin' READ, i hate such people who want to control others.

The analogy made at the beginning about Modern!Isis being like a beetle really stuck with me throughout. Especially how one of her brothers only had the shell, and the other only had the wings, so she stayed with them.

Then, Téana's observation that stories about the Egyptian gods made the deities sound more human than stories about humans. That really sums up a lot of old mythos really well, and gave me a bit of a chuckle too.

Also, I fully agree with the silliness of the wigs from both perspectives. Greedy indeed to wear hair when you already have your own, and redundant to cut it off only to put it back on. Hehe.

Ahh, Atem's proposal is worrisome. And who does he think he is, asking someone to marry him without offering his real name? Right after she came clean about everything, too.

A lot went wrong there for him, though. Poor guy.

I'm curious when the stuff in that second chapter (first by your numbering, second by default) will connect to the main story.
