Last night, I had the misfortune to watch the series final of series three. I cried. So much. Words can't even describe. 1) Any attraction I felt towards Keats was shattered like a freaking tea-cup against the wall of my feels when he turned all disturbing and freaky. The line between hot-creepy and disturbing-creepy? Consider it crossed. 2) The Quattro, ohmygod, they killed the Quattro, the Quattro has been killed and I saw the Mercedes-Benz catalogue he was reading at the end but damn it, the Quattro is dead! 3) Shit, Galex, end of. I don't even need to say more than that. Honestly.
Since I stupidly watched this last episode, which I wish I hadn't done with all of my heart, I'm not in the least bit ashamed to admit that I'm hording your fan-fics. Whilst nothing can ever erase the empty pain feeling I'm feeling right now, this comes pretty damn close. I just wanted you to know that.

How in God's name I managed to miss this epilogue! Oh dear it's almost been a year since you wrote it. Here I was, revisiting old smutty favorites as I'm wont to do, and when I finished re-reading the second chapter I noticed there was more! God I feel like such an idiot.

Amazing ending, fluffy (but not too much) and adorable but oh so BLOODY hot (it left me in such a daze I'm lapsing into Brit speak!). *insert thudding icon here*

I loved it! So nice to see Annie popping up in a story every now and then, I really love her character and we don't see enough of her in the fanfic world. They way you brought them together was very clever,and I love the ending. Gene is so sweet in his own special way, plus very hot smut!

I'm so glad you wrote this epilogue, showing the love and trust that has grown between them since that first passionate encounter, as well as the characteristic fear on both sides that they may be about lose it all - either because one of them changes their mind or because Gene might get hurt. His anxiety over his declaration in the restaurant is beautifully written (I really thought he was going to give her an engagement ring, but the idea of giving her two other presents because he doesn't think she'd accept his proposal is, I think, more Geneish).

My favourite line? “Yes, you insufferable oaf of a man." Very Alex.

Love it that Gene finally plucked up the courage to say that he loves her, and that she overheard him. And it's good to know that Annie's been promoted again.

Knowing that S2 will be dark, I think us GALEXERs will come to rely a lot on fics like yours, so please keep 'em coming!
