I don't know why, but I don't think Joe will tell his mom. I wouldn't tell my mom that I met up with my arch nemesis (aka her BROTHER) just to ask if she knew about The Book, which she most likely would and I could have asked her.

Cool now I understand y his name is Joe. But Joe said his own great-grandpa owned the book(hey kid, want to buy a bridge)so technically the wouldn't have needed to find the book story!

I dunno why, but I had a cute overload everytime the words "squeaked Sam" came up. I love this! Anna is a bit too whiny, but I guess she would be that whiny in this situation.

Joe's mom needs to be in more stories, because she is super cool.

I just wanted to say that while I liked your story, my most absolute favorite part was this:

"Dear Nephew,

I look forward to your visit… I have much to tell you. :)

Your Dear Uncle,

Jack"

because you SO know he would put all sorts of smilies and emoticons in everything he writes. I literally laughed out loud at that.

I also especially liked the little bit in Mad Jack's story, where he was hugging his sister and trying to tell her that everything would be okay. It gives him more personality and makes him a more three-dimensional character than he was in the show, and makes his turn to evil based on feelings of revenge and greed even more sad. Nicely done.
