Gosh, this chapter makes my heart ache. If you were thinking about killing Kira off, DON'T! Anyway, on with the actual constructive information. I'm intrigued by your choice to portray Patrick Zala as the good guy here. Not many have ventured to do that, and I think it's a notable decision. By choosing to describes him positively, you have developed his relationship with Athrun as well. It's this whole domino effect thing. Your scene with Kira wrapped in Athrun's arms fast asleep is so sweet I felt like blushing while reading it. All of those little vignettes of loveliness are just wonderful. The way you end the chapter is sweet as well, but I like how you approach their affection through the domestic setting. Patrick, Kira, and Athrun all gathering to watch a movie feels so normal and familiar, but that's what makes it great. You take the time to describe them rummaging through cupboards and just regular events. It really ground their relationship in something real. Well done!

Oh please please please continue this story! I have been following it for the past five years and I absolutely love it!

What I love the most is when Athrun embraced Kira as he sat behind the brunet boy and let his fiance play the piece!
