I like how you did this. I can really picture Bellatrix being intrigued by Luna, who is so full of faith and hope and childlike innocence, even through everything. I also think what Bella did, forcing Luna to hurt the house elf, or else she would hurt Mr. Ollivander is chilling and so in character. It's like she's training Luna.

Luna trying to bluff was very good, too.

Oh. My. God. This was...amazing! It was so dark and horrible, and I loved the way that you had Bellatrix use hurting someone else as torture for Luna, but at the same time, you established this connection between Luna and her attacker, and it made me feel sad for the both of them. Luna just sounds so lonely, and so does Bellatrix. I also loved how you switched up your sentence structure; that really made important things pop, and gave the rest of the story an air of ambiguity that added to the pain and sadness really well. And then the end, when she is crying for Bellatrix even though she almost tries not to... just wonderfully done!

I absolutely love the way you write- it's almost entrancing. Love this, too. It's strange, but believable. Wonderful job, as usual!

This was wonderful. Honestly, wonderful. The 'unconventional grammar,' as you put it, was perfect for the story - it showed just how confused and awhirl Luna is. I also particularly liked the contradictions here - "Her attacker is not always an attacker" - were also quite powerful, as were the three repetitions of certain words, without commas.

But my favourite part has to be the final line - "And Luna knows that though it's all in her mind, that doesn't mean it's not real," because not only is that a very Luna-like sentiment, it's also an incredibly powerful phrase. Bellatrix still exists for her, even if she's no longer alive.

The imagery of the Lethifold was also wonderfully done - perfect for the atmosphere of stifling darkness you created.

In all, this was an incredible depiction of Luna. You captured her brilliantly.

Luna actually pushing aside her hatred of Bella to see the woman underneath...it's so unexpected and yet it's so LUNA, if you get what I mean. Great story!
