Dollfayce chapter 1 . 6/11/2009 Hibiscus and frying shrimp. I love it. But really. I love the cadence, I love the sensual details, and most especially I love how you do such a good job of exploring the power dynamics between the two. Not in a negative way, just that healthy give-and-take that makes them so intriguing. It is hard for me to really imagine a long-term scenario for these two, but you've done a good job of making it not only believable, but somewhat inevitable. Thanks for the read! |
Sophies-Welt chapter 1 . 4/13/2009 Wow that was really moving! Loved it so much! Kep writing darling! And say hi from me to your litlle pirate :) |
Florencia7 chapter 1 . 3/29/2009 I absolutely LOVED this! Such a beautiful, clever, intricate portrayal of love AND friendship. I love the structure of this story, the way it's written, all the moments between them, how they keep learning more and more about each other, how they are close to each other not only in the present, but also in the past... Beautiful story! |
Vee017 chapter 1 . 3/28/2009 Beautiful story. Just beautiful. I love how it just flows, and how you alternately between each thing the other knows. I adored this. |
nonameavailable chapter 1 . 3/28/2009 know their parents middle names? I really don't think a pirate would consider something like middle names that important-but I love the statement with clothes and THEIR bed (still sounds weird to me )) and long coats... harharhar, really cute cheers |
Sketchy88 chapter 1 . 3/28/2009 Wow! I love this so much! I really like this part: "The Pearl creaked again, scolding her, still not used to her presence." The Pearl can get a bit jealous sometimes, can't she. : D |
