Having finished all you've posted so far, I say... "WHAT?" I know this is just the sort of thing most of the readers come here for, but since when is sexual abuse okay? I get that after a long enough time as a virgin (if you recall, in the musical, "The cruel fate that destines me to wallow in blood/ has also denied me the joys of the flesh" or however it goes) he might become desperate, but this side of the Opera Ghost has none of the true romance that made him so popular. I remember that before he got really crazy, Erik was fine with just admiring from afar, trying to make Christine happy by giving her chances to sing and be the shimmering angel on stage that he adored. I admit, I haven't read the book yet, he might be more demanding in that source.

I'm only on chapter three, but I must say that this work is pretty good. However, you could use a few little changes, mostly technical. Often, when your characters speak, there will be an unusual punctuation at the end of their statement, like a full stop where most might put a question mark, or no punctuation at all. I know it can be difficult to pick little things like that out of your manuscript when you're the writer, because you know what everything is meant to sound like when read. It's a habit that took me forever to kick, but once you do the edited work becomes much more dynamic.

I also like how you set the story in a more unusual country. Most would put the story in the Phantom's native France (I am no exception to this, haha). So I don't know if you've done so in later chapters, but you could really capitalize on this uncommon setting by throwing in bits of the language or culture.

I love the fact that you're making it a sort of musical, great shoutout to Webber. Oh, and if you want to credit the copyrights, the Phantom belongs to Gaston Leroux and (to an extent) Andrew Lloyd Webber.

WOW. If I was Erszabet, I would be okay with belonging to the phantom. But, considering how this is a story and she has no idea whats going on, it makes sense that she doesn't like it. And I like it how Erik does the whole cruel laugh and says "I will not take no for an answer!"

This Erik scares me, but totally rocks my socks. I mean, he's so passioante, and definitely seems more unhinged since he was abandoned by Christine. I mean, before he had thought no one could love him, but now he truly knows that it is most likely impossible seeing as the only person to ever show him affection left him. Now he seems so desperate he'll go to these extra measures. Loving the portrayal
