I liked this a lot - I think you got their 'voices', and the way they are both trying to get the upper hand, very well indeed.

I do wonder if Galvin might have done a bit more to make her feel at ease at the beginning, though? But apart from that - great. And I loved the line about an 'all-you-can-eat buffet'.

aw man, the beginning 'My Mum warned me about men like you,' just about killed me. so funny. I think you captured the ruby-galvin banter really well here, so well done. Plus I also like the idea of drunk pictures to blackmail Luke with. Or maybe that's just me being evil :)

I'm so pleased you wrote a sequel to your other story! I really enjoyed this. More good banter, and the kiss in particular was a nice bit of writing - hot yet subtle. I love the way Galvin can't even go on a date without having to whip his gun out and smite something. :)

I'm surprised by how much I miss these characters (maybe more the potential of them than what we actually got) and this definitely brought them back to life again.
