Whatttt? Kara's mom?

I'm sorrybut What? Is that Kara's mom? What's going on?

I don't think this is all that fluffy, but I do find it a nice story of a pair of people learning to live in their new world. I hope that there will be more than two chapters. I know my own stories are only about that far along, but I hope to finish them too.

It's been almost 3 years since that craptastic finale and my anger and disappointment is still burning as strong as ever. However, this wonderful fic is like a balm to my tortured Pilots! loving soul! Lee & Kara at peace, in the same place emotionally & physically, being kids and rolling in the grass, facing the future hand-in-hand...now that's a worthy ending. Love it!

This is great! Just the kind of post-finale L/K fic I was looking for. Please continue this, I'd love to see what Lee and Kara will do next.

It would have been absolutely perfect if Lee and Kara had ended this way. After all they had both been through, they deserved some peace and happiness together. I will take fanon over Ron Moore's canon any day.

Glad no one disappeared in this story. (So did not like that part of the ending). Them exploring is so them. They need to be together and tackle their adventure head on. It may not be flying, but a least they are together. I like that you have Kara drawing on the cave walls, documenting their history. Nice story. Thanks.

An enjoyable start. Not quite in the same league as "Driven", and my perceptions may be a bit colored given the trauma of Friday night is still fresh.

I confess its also a little hard to follow what's happening here. What's the timeframe, post-"Daybreak" farewells? Where's Lee? How are they surviving in the wild?

A lot of questions are raised here, and this is not reading like "fluff". I hope there will be some answers coming.

Loved this. It helped the pain a bit. But I suppose we'll all be grieving for a long time to come. One thing I know for sure. No more watching any RDM creations.

oh this is already great!. i wish rdm had gotten his head out of his ass and given us something like this. much better than the horrible K/L ending in an otherwise outstanding finale.
