I think this was well written, with a touch of romance at the end and filled with mostly smut. I think the title is legit(duh) and while the boys are a little OOC, I think it is expected of them since their situation is a unique one and also out of their comfort zone. I personally think that Naruto got used to the cock up his ass (crude...) a little too fast. But that's just me speaking from a slight experience! (I tried fingering my anus in the bath with lots and lots of shampoo as lube and after a moment of calm, it burnt. Badly. And it was just my pinky finger.
