I do find it a lot more satisfying to write Dumbledore as a Baddie. In 'The Waif,' he's mostly just a bit stupid. In my other stories here, he is a bit of a Dark Lord.

I could see this happening simply because Dumbledore IS A STUPID, VAIN OLD MAN! There is no story in the HP universe that I've read or heard of where that fool actually DOES take HIS RESPONSIBLITY for Harry Potter seriously! It always comes out that he's related to Sirius Orion Black. Therefor Harry DOES have family other then the Dursley's. He's cousins with the Tonks. And seeing as they live in the muggle world he could've been raised by them. Unfortunately Dumbledore had his own agenda for Harry and therefor it became far more important for Harry to be raised in an abusive home. Ergo, one A. P. W. B. Dumbledore is in no way shape or form the leader of the Light. He's merely another Dark Lord hiding in the Light.

Well Voldemort sure took over and I'm surprise at the lengths he's gone but wow. I'm glad that Ricky escaped (hoping Hermione has a well) and is living in the Muggle world with his family.
