This story was Amazing! I loved it and it made me cry.

In the end, L had to die too... this is so sad! but great!

Even in the earlier chapters I would randomly burst into tears because I kept thinking about the inevitable, so when chapter 28 came, I was in hysterics. I know it's been over five years, but you could write a sort-of-sequel where Miya and L meet in Heaven and then years later where he gets to meet his two sons again...? Plenty of people would read it, I'm sure. And about those one shots you mentioned throughout the story, they're not there (points out the obvious) so is there any way I could read them? I really would appreciate being able to. This is definitely one of my favourite fics on here! I love Miya and Noah and little Oxford! Thank you for writing it, it just made my day better reading it!

No offense, but Miya as a character doesn't contribute much of anything to this story. She's not any more cunning, intuitive, or perceptive than an average Jane. L would probably never have been very intrigued by her, or not enough to put her on his investigative team. And I'm tired of the author constantly throwing out lines like this one, "well you know I don't want to fall behind you, Ryuzaki, and Miya. The last thing I want to be is dead weight" just to tell her audience how smart she wants her character to be seen relevant to two anime prodigies. One liners like that make me consider how stupid the author is if she can't come up with any smart things for her OC to think, say, or do in story time.

I also have a problem with being forced to retread the anime while waiting for OC and L romance. Why are you rewriting the anime in almost the exact same way? Don't you have any creativity to offer for your story? Because this is your writing and you can do anything you want-why not make a general statement about where we are in the Kira investigation and just write about the interactions of Miya, Noah, and L? I think that would be a more interesting read than this verbatim from the Death Note. Maybe you could write about L's desire to be apart of a family before he dies-and how much he feels guilty for relying on what he would see as an almost poisonous crutch that he uses for stress relief (Miya and Noah).

The story has got to be one of the best I've read , but I've have to say I'm not really liking Miya's character. She's pretty annoying sometimes ,well to me just unlikable ,compared to the other L x ocs I've read. Specially crying and moaning about L wanting to hide the child, well duh! Hes just trying to protect you. Anyway I really think this a bad idea telling the task force. Btw don't get me wrong I'm loving the story, but not so Miya.
