It's a great two characters to pick as they are so similar yet so different, and the way your showing them pull together is really nice. Hope you continue :)

Ooh, this is a great start. As you can probably tell from my writing I love stories about Jack and Tony's friendship (without slash, I agree!) because I think it's one of the most interesting dynamics on the show because they've known each other for so long and their friendship has gone through so many twists and turns. I haven't seen any other stories that deal with the beginning of how they became friends, in between seasons 1 and 2, so I really like this. Interesting that you have Tony still not liking Jack but feeling solidarity with him after they'd both been stabbed in the back by Nina. Great start, and I hope you write more of this.
