I think there should have been a second chapter or sequel. Showing how Usagi is taking care of Misaki and how his sucky life either gets better or worse depending on how Usagi manages to take care of him. And how once he's feeling better happy to finally be away from Usagi's suffocating care. Maybe Usagi could even say that he too had went through the same thing.
