Loved it keep up the writing. Would love to read a sequel to this story though. To learn how everything goes, and if Merlin and Arthur are a couple and what happens to their baby. A pregnat Merlin. So cute.

I have just posted a previous review and I just realized that I was just criticizing and listing the faults I found with your story and I would like to apologize, it was not my intent when I began my review!
No matter the impression that your story left me with, I would like to mention that it is very well written and that I am conscious of the effort it must have taken you. And I believe that the result is worth it.

I don't really know why but I found your story really disturbing.
I think it's seeing Merlin lose control of himself and devour a fruit from an attempt at violating the laws of the universe and expecting it to be a punishment from a deity or something.
I kind of half expected to see some creature leap from his stomach like in the Aliens movies.
Really, I also found the way the fruit hijacked his body and his thoughts (The way he is unable to link a stomach ache to the fruit he ate) to be a violation of the highest order.
I realize that your intent was probably just to describe an Arthur x Merlin relationship and the giving of life, but what was probably supposed to be fluff I found to be really creepy.
Also, maybe you could mention in the summary or in the first chapter that this is a Mpreg story?
