Aaand my heart is broken. I thought this was an alternative universe but it's not. Just what happened before. It's not fair. I've never been so angry at Dumbledore, interfering and making Hagrid get Harry. Sirius wanted to take him, he made Harry his priority. It's only after Hagrid didn't let him that he went after Wormtail. It's what anyone would have done.

Sweet story. It makes what happened in cannon all the more tragic.

Oh, I just love to see the interaction between Sirius and Harry, it's so cute! I love seeing Sirius being a godfather and argue with James about Harry.
It makes me feel sad when James asked if Sirius will take good care of when Sirius remember this scene...OMG, it breaks my heart.

This story is ADORABLE! I love well-written Sirius-and-baby-Harry fics, and this one certainly is well-written.

I never thought for a second I'd ever read a Marauders-era fic, but since it's *you* writing... And of course I was not disappointed. That touch of tragedy you put in there, foreshadowing "growing up with Vernon and Petunia" broke my heart. And the banter between the two friends, "come by the door like everyone else" - and all of it, all of it so so so perfect. You're - yeah. It. Perfection.

Ahh. I love a good Sirius - James - Harry interaction piece.

This is the firsst story I've read with Harry as a baby in it. I quite like it actually. It's well writing and makes a great one-shot.
