This is my first comment ever here, but I love your stories so much that I just have to tell you that! :) After two previous stories I didn't want to read this one, because I knew it isn't finished and I just knew it would tear me apart after 9 chapters. But I'm too big fan of yours to NOT read anything you write. So now my heart is crying, because I don't know how I would handle not knowing what happened next!
You're such a great writer, there is everything there! Great plot, humor, romance, personalities, and it's just so freakin hot! I don't know if you ever finish it, but I will be waiting for that! You're the best!

well...i kind of assumed this wasn't going to have an end a few chapters ago :[...i was unfortunately right..

i truly did enjoy the story, and i will be rereading this someday...but damn, i really hope you finish this eventually.

out of the dozens (over 100) fics i have read, i only consider 4 of them my favorites, but i must say..this one gets firsts place, simply because i enjoyed it the whole way through, so many other fics fall short in emotion, or try to rush moments, but you took your time :] i enjoyed every chapter! every word! ever bit of love between the characters! it was so well written, and i loved it just like i would an anime/TV show/book etc.

having no end to something that brought me so much joy is truly...sad:[ i know life can get in the way of writing, but please do consider writing an ending, i would even be happy with a quick wrap-up type ending, just a chapter or two..i just want to know that Ed finally gets his happily-ever-after, and is not stuck with a Roy-Not-Roy for ever :[

you gave these characters such an amazing story, such wonderful emotion, and real love connections, and i world truly love to see them have a happy ending...i know its been abandoned for a long time, but its still one of the most read fics on there, and im sure hundreds of follower/fans of your story world love a true ending.

i will forever be comparing fics to this one, because honestly, i'll probably never find one this good again.

and i loved how it was more like a whole series! with new plots and new characters every few chapters. most fics are more like a single episode, with a single plot, but you had so many wonderful ideas all interweaved throughout the whole story.

Well hello there, I just read the two stories before this one and I love it, really I did and well the stories line are really good, and I like FM brotherhood so much better than the first one, but you have a way to write that really catch my attention, so I hope you can update soon, I know you have a new love for stories, and I respect that, but don't forget about this pretty please.

Very well written. Everything that has happened has filled me with dread. After the first two installments of this series I was perfectly happy with everyone getting a happy ending and it would have been perfectly fine ignoring the obvious allusions to the future creation of this one. I have no doubts that this would continue to be a great series with a well detailed plot and very few errors in continuity or grammar if it had continued to be written. After over a year of no further updates I feel afraid that this lovely creation of yours won't ever be finished leaving Roy sharing his body forever an Ed in a rather ongoing state of depression at being unable to save Roy. Please continue writing this. The feeling of dread that you've expertly managed to pull from me won't go until Roy is safe.

I don't want to ramble but I absolutely love your FMA stories. Especially this series. I read the whole thing up until this point at least 5 or 6 times. I always catch things that I didn't before or relive the great moments I had envisioning your work. Your portrayal of the characters are so spot on that I feel like I'm watching the actual anime in my head when I'm reading. This story, as well as it's predecessors, have been such a huge part of my life and I would hate to see it come to a standstill. Please update soon. Your fans, especially this one, misses you and your fabulous stories!

Over the last few days, I’ve rewatched the entire run of FMA. From a suit of armour sinking through the sand of the Lior desert, to a dancing gypsy in Nazi Germany, to the Freezing Alchemist trying to destroy Central Command, to happy family photographs. That’s right. I did Brotherhood too.

Why?

Because I remembered this series of fics.

I first read The Adventures of Roy Mustang: Sex Ed Teacher back in 2009ish, when I was still living at home and had to read fanfic between school and college work and delete my browser history so my parents wouldn’t find out. This series of fics has, in a way, become a kind of canon to me.

Beautifully written, always realistic, all three instalments somehow make me emotionally invested in the story. Roy’s anxieties at Ed’s age, Ed’s fear of losing Roy, the double wedding, the students’ excitement at having the Fullmetal Alchemist as a teacher. It takes skill and dedication to write something so engaging, and you, my friend, have that talent.

This rather rambling review is mainly a thank you.

Thank you for writing something that has made a difference to how I see a much loved series. Thank you for taking the time to pen such a beautiful story, because it has meant something to me on a personal level. Thank you for making something so heartbreaking and touching and funny that I forgot, for a time, that it was from an anime.

Oh and I love Ling. For some reason I keep wanting ling to keep going after Ed. I'm like "Aww yeahh Ling GET IN THERRREE" but then I'm like oh wait that's not good. Roy and Ed are perfect for each other. And is Ed seriously 5'2? Damn. Lol poor guy.
Ohhh buuuut I don't like how Al..idk...seems better than Ed. I'm like UHHH NO ED IT AMAZING SHUT UP AL. But that's just my opinion. Al deserves to have a great life.

when I first read the first story, the sex ed teacher one, I was like oh my god why am I reading fan fiction I feel weird. (because I didn't read any before) and I just kept reading and I was like why am I still reading?! But then I was like wow this is interesting. So I finished that story and I was like OMG THERE'S A SEQUEL and I read that one..then I read this one..and omg please update. this story is like amazing. You're a great writer. You made me laugh so hard at times and other times I'm like AWWWW. Like you really made the characters like REAL. Ya feel me? And everything's believable...so yeah. Great story... :)

Whaaat? I've read the whole saga and I must say you are one of the most BRILLIANT FMA writers I have ever seen. I love your Edward. I love your Roy. I love that they are human, with a huge age gap and very real problems. I love that they are extraordinary. I love the characterizations that you have breathed into them. Then I ADORE your plot. Honestly, your plots are some of the best in this field. A nice mixture of mundane and action that are just right. I wasn't sure how i would feel about Al/Riza but you made me a believer. I just want you to keep writing. I know that sometimes you can fall out of love with your work. You loose interest or you feel that no one else is interested so whats the point (I as an authoress, can relate to these feeling) but I would love it if you have this fic another try. It seems gorgeous already. I want to know whats in Roy, where did it come from. How will Ed and the gang get it out? Is there a possible Ling/Otto thing going on? Lol. I am so engaged and in love with this that it makes me sad to think it will just go on unfinished. Please give it another try, for a rabid fan?
