I hate to be a downer, but Ancient Egyptians actually didn't have weddings. The husband paid a dowry to the wife's family, and they were considered married when the bride moved into the husband's house. I love that you have the weddings, don't get me wrong. Just pointing this out.

I feel like Yuug' and Yam's should've moved back to Japan. After Solomon dies who will rule them? Surely not Atemu because he is 6000 miles away. Think about it, how easy it would be to overthrow the government if it was so far away. Also, depending on which of the twins was born first (you may have mentioned, I don't think you did, though), Yuugi could be the first son, meaning the proper heir to the Japanese throne. Another thing to put into effect is how the Royals normally were set up into arranged marriages. The Arranged marriages usually set up the younger daughter of 1 kingdom, with the eldest son of another. If the eldest child was a girl, then the second eldest princes of other countries would court them to try to get the throne. Granted, not all of them worked like this but being that this is a marriage between two males, however, and the fact that Japanese men in this story could get pregnant: Yuugi representing the 'eldest child' would be worthy of calling the author a genius. He would represent the eldest daughter and the eldest son, meaning that since Yami is the youngest in his family, that the relationship would work in accordance to history.

I loved the story line, I liked how everything progressed. I only wished that there was Mpreg in this story. It would have made things a lot more interesting hehe :) is there a sequel? I would love to read more.
