Powerful and emotive imagery. I could see and feel Ianto's pain, initially overwhelming him, then numbing him. It was wonderful to see him begin putting his life back together - despite his rationale that he couldn't meet expectations by giving in, it enabled him to triumph over adversity (even if he didn't see it that way himself).
Although this was the appropriate place to finish, I'd love to see your take on a sequel for how Ianto experiences events afterhe returns.

An interesting look at Ianto as he learns to breathe again after Cyberwoman. Is there a reason Owen wants Ianto dead, not that Owen is the nicest person but he seems to understand why Ianto wanted to save Lisa in the ep

Oh angsty. What's interesting is the cruel!Jack you warned us about is most likely a monster of Ianto's making. I like that he begins to pull himself up just to defy expectation.

This incredibly bleak, unfortunately all too familiar in terms of feelings I remember so well myself from experreinces past (I didn't hide a cyberman honest!). Yo have certainly captured that sense absolute destitution...Well done...hopefully see more from you.
