Great little story, don't know how I missed it until now. I almost shat bricks at this line:

'He would never again call her a porno version of the Statue of Liberty…not if he valued his remaining dignity.'

I think I laughed the loudest I have in a few months. Great stuff.

This is a very well written story. You have the complications in their relationship down pat, and I really hope you write more for Burn Notice! (Love the title, too.)

This story is great. I love how you show insight into their characters. The "Welcome, Prepare to Die" is perfect Fiona. Michael truly loves her but can't admit it most of the time.

I have now included this story into my mental canon of Burn Notice.

This is SO CUTE, and it's got the perfect tone.

Concrit: in a tiny work like this, where every word counts, you don't want immediate repeats ("know" in the penultimate sentence and "know" in final statement). Just change the last word of this piece to "find out" and it'll be perfect. :)

This was fun, insightful and clever. One minor correction: it seems that you mixed hell-bent and hard-pressed into hard bent in paragraph four. In this particular case, hard pressed would work best. Nice piece of work!
