Dinogal95 chapter 1 . 4/8 I love this story, as I am a history buff. Hope you continue sometime in the future. |
Lover of Emotions chapter 22 . 8/26/2012 that is good. update soon please. |
MG chapter 22 . 4/20/2012 I really like your writing! You seem to really capture the characters perfectly. Will you be continuing this? I'd love to find out what was going one! |
Serialgal chapter 22 . 1/9/2010 I saw my alert come up for this, and I've been waiting for a moment when I could sit down, take my time and really enjoy it. So glad to see you are continuing with this - excellent chapter, as always. |
Ms.GrahamCracker chapter 22 . 1/5/2010 It was a rotten day here at the Graham household - then I found an update from you and things certainly picked up. Charlie was so clever to suggest that Don go along with Sam to interview Baker. And I really enjoyed him nearly insisting that he wanted to continue to help in the investigation. Anther amazing update (history lesson). I loved the story of the man cutting the wire so his dog could romp on the beach. Thanks so much for continuing this story. It's one of the good ones. See you soon, I hope. |
Jet44 chapter 3 . 11/9/2009 This was a fun read. I like Turing's involvement - very cool bit of name-dropping there. I'm liking seeing my buddies in this different environment. |
Serialgal chapter 21 . 11/8/2009 War drama and plots to kidnap princesses - this is an amazing story, and each chapter is well thought out. You should think of re-doing this with some original characters for publication. |
Ms.GrahamCracker chapter 21 . 11/8/2009 Yea! An update! I loved the exchange of information. Charlie was right to suggest it. And I loved Larry, sitting right there and solving the keyword mystery. Go, Larry! Charlie's examination of the hand writing was just as impressive. I'm getting excited about the royal family's involvement in this case, but, on the other hand, I always knew Don and Charlie (and Colby and even Larry) were knights in shining armour, riding in to save the princess! Please don't take so long for the next update. I love the well-planned, well-written, well-researched, intelligent storyline. It's awesome. See you soon. (I hope) |
Jet44 chapter 2 . 11/8/2009 Superbly written, with believable English characterization. I'm really enjoying what looks to be a well-planned story. |
Jet44 chapter 1 . 11/8/2009 I just read the first chapter and I have to say I'm impressed! It takes a lot for an AU story to keep me reading, and this one did. Fascinating and emotional angle you've come up with, involving the Eppes family in, by proxy, fighting the Halocaust. You've done a great job with the characters. |
Serialgal chapter 20 . 10/17/2009 Great update, as always. |
Ms.GrahamCracker chapter 20 . 10/5/2009 Sorry, I'm late with this. I've been having internet connection problems. It's good to see our heros up and moving around again. I really like Colby in this story. I laughed at him making his bed in the hospital. And, it's nice to see Anna friendlier with Charlie. Is it her nurturing side? Wanting to take care of his boo boos? (if she doesn't, I will) I've never seen Foyles War, but you are doing such a great job with this story, I feel like I know the characters already. Is Hilda Pierce a character on it? Hope to see another update soon. |
Ms.GrahamCracker chapter 19 . 9/29/2009 Life sucks with lousy internet connection! So, I borrowed my mother's computer to catch up on R&R's. I loved this update with poor Don and Charlie at the hospital. And meeting with Colby in the closet was kind of funny. What a place for a secret discussion! Still loving the history (the royal family's vow to stay in London) and the intrigue and suspense are great. Another update soon would be great, too. See you then. |
Serialgal chapter 19 . 9/26/2009 Great update! |
Serialgal chapter 18 . 9/12/2009 Finally catching up to this - great chapter, loved the banter between the brothers, touching, but not soapy; you kept it just light-hearted enough. |
