Being non lethal is one of the reasons why Diana loves Bruce. In the issue 6 of the mini-series "DCeased" Diana tells Damian : "Bruce was a lot of things, but he was never lethal ...it was admirable!". This is not entirely right because Bruce can kill as well and can even use a gun but it has usually to be an "end of the universe" kind of threat.. like when he killed Darkseid. Diana can kill for "lesser" reason.
But it seems to be a more common feat if Diana and Bruce just die on the other one.
Diana does kill for Bruce as seen in issue 90 of JLA serie from 1997(killing the Joker who just killed Batman) or when she killed Maxwell Lord as revealed in issue 1 of "infinite crisis". But Bruce does the same for Diana as seen in "Batman:the Merciless" when he kills Ares because he believed the God killed Diana... So both are able to kill if the other one is threatened or killed.

Batman seems to be a bit lost and following while he usually is anticipating and leading. His fighting skills and training are amazing but his real power especially on Justice League power levels is his genius level intelligence and pretty much endless resourcefulness. I don't mind him being underestimated by the big powers it is after all one of his assets against those powers.

seraares ... Bruce should have already that anagram figured out, confirmed by the strange feeling of Diana. If neither Di, no him with all his enhanced visions/information systems couldn't see anything it could have been magic, divine magic, that she could feel being herself a creature made of it. Ras' and Ares teaming up to destroy Gotham by creating a war between the Maronis and the Russians would make sens. The next step for Bruce should be to get secretly help from ... Hades. either thru direct communication (Temple, Ritual,...) or thru the Alkyone-Persephone link. Hades should be willing to help to show his willingness to be there for his daughter. Keeping Diana as an unknowing bait (what she already must be as both Ares and Ras' wanted her) for now and setting up protections (for Diana and the others) with Hades and any other willing God to trap Ras' and Ares.
At least that's what I would try if I were in his place.
But let us see where you get us ... I can't wait to read the rest of the story.

Diana's a little dense here, obviously Bruce is not the only one with lots of issues. But I guess the tension was worth the ending. Good job.

I guess that If Bane wants to hurt Diana he is going to have to do it over Bruce's dead body and Diana is going to turn berzerk. Ras' knows that which is why he won't come himself.. a double dose maybe enough as long as Bruce is alive otherwise 10 doses may not be enough

very sweet move from Bruce.. I mean her mom, not the auction even if it was nice as well.

You do a vety good job keeping Diana in character even with Bruce in Gotham, but she makes the secret identity thing quite chalenging ...

So Diana just got Gordon into heavy trouble ? Why doesn't she listen Bruce ? I can totally understand why he loves the feisty Amazon who doesn't need any man .. but he should still really get a bit more angry sometimes just to make sure she knows her Actions may do some collateral damage to good people who don't have the gifts of the Amazons. Helena, her Mother or Alfred could be the next,... maybe even Bruce.

Not sure that antagonizing everyone of her gods is a safe idea especially considering that her powers are all gifts from those gods.. that works for Bruce because he can't loose anything ... the genius level intelligence should really tell Diana to chill down and reconsider her approach
Maybe humbly gifting Athena and Artemis would get better results or a mix of both .

Undoubtedly AU but I really love the story. A pity it will be hard to pull off the Amazon star spangled suit again without raising some suspicion from Bruce... she's gonna have to try a real bathing suit to heat up his hormones. A billionnaire surely has a swiming pool, no?

I was kind of hoping the queen would have later forgiven everyone to get closer to her daughter. Maybe learned to love Bruce as an amazing son-in-law ? But it seems hardly possible with this one ... we will see

I think that Di is gonna to kick some godly ass... and Bruce surely will find her some leverage to use.
