I just really, really hope that one night you get so bored that you decide to continue it because you stopped writing just as it was getting to the good part D: You're killing me here, I wanna know what happens. Like now, right now D: But yeah, I guess that's not happening. I love how you wrote James in this chapter. He is so fittingly kid-like. I love it!

Well, you've converted a die-hard Butch hater, and for that I salute you! The kid is hella useless in-game, and always seemed extremely whiney. But now that I think about it, how can a slick, wise-ass, hairdressing gang leader *not* be the coolest character on the planet? You have opened my eyes, dear. Kudos.

Your OC is great, too. I love her spunk, geekiness (nerds of the world unite!) and the sheer personality that radiates through every scene. The dynamic between her and Butch is just perfect. I love the constant emotional tug-of-war - Butch trying to stay cool and distanced (and failing miserably), and Cynthia's complete obliviousness to the mood of others in the vault, only caring about the feelings growing between the two of them. It is this (freaking adorable) tension that I think really amps up the aw factor for me. I also like the non-linear, one shot-esque format. It dumps us right into the action, and I think it's those transitional chapters where some authors get into trouble. Plus I have reading ADD, so I hate skimming past filler. )

I know it's been awhile since your last update, and it can really be a bear to get things going again after a hiatus (I *am* the Fall Off the Face of the Earth Queen). But I just want to give a bit of encouragement because this is far, far too good to leave unfinished. So if you get the chance to work on this again, trust that you will still have me reading!
