Had to correct Eddy boy here. YES, THERE IS A LOT YOU CAN PUT ON THE STEAK, DEAR BOY.
Pre seasoned and and let stand for about 3 hours in: season with the following
-All purpose seasoning
-A little Jerk seasoning
-scotch bonnet pepper
-tyme
- a little garlic
-pimento seeds
-special meat spice.
when you put this on the grill then wow, the aroma and taste is just perfect.
