| Briar Ruler chapter 1 . 12/10/2018 I have to admit there is something particularly satisfying about watching Zuko and Toph kick ass. I can’t imagine Zuko would have been happy waking up in some strange place he’s never been before surrounded by strange people he’s never meet but waking up drugged, with only one of his ally-friends around who is also drugged to asleep, sends him right into fighting-hostile territory mode. Which is honestly? Is completely reasonable. Stargate command was so utterly unprepared for a pair of very powerful, very skilled, combat experienced young benders that if the two of them had known what their goal was supposed to be, they certainly would have gotten to it but has it was neither of them knew what was going on or where they should have been trying to get to. And well, Fire Prince and World’s Great Earthbender or not, even they can’t keep fighting against overwhelming odds indefinitely. |
