I know it's been eight years since this story was last updated, but I jut found it and totally fell in love with it. I don't even know if you write anymore, but if you do, I would be extremely overjoyed if you continued with this. I am so heartbroken that it was left unfinished. The concept is genius and the way you are telling the story is so beautiful and compelling... It deserves to be finish. Just know that you will have at least one faithful reader if you do.

Having only found this, oh, only 7 years after your last update, I'm a bit saddened (ok, very much so) that this has been left unfinished. It is such a wonderful premise and I especially like how well the characters portray themselves through their writings. I wish there was more of this to read, but what I have read thus far has been an incredible adventure. I wish you well in whatever you have chosen to pursue. Thank you for such an amazing story.

in some other fic with few years of hiatus, i reviewed, and the author send me a PM, and weeks later BAM! new chapter. It was like my review was the last straw.
Everything was great. My favorites were Cloud essays, especially Cid, Nanaki and Yuffie.
Speaking of Yuffie, i liked Cloud essay of her because some authors tend to make it look like almost everybody in AVALANCHE disliked Yuffie, thus pairing with Vincent. not that i'm complaining, but those seem a bit forced.
Well, enough of my ramblings, i said what i wanted to say. even if you don't read this i'm happy.

I love these! Are you planning to make journals for every member of AVALANCHE? That would be cool.

Please is there a chance of you coming back to this story? I've been enjoying the looks at the different characters through Cloud and Tifa's eyes, and I'd love to see what the rest of them would reveal anbout each other. take care

I really like this idea of the journal, and some of the entries are really touching and I do hope you intend on updating it.

I really like this chapter, I also think Tifa as a hopful person. The end interaction between her and Cloud was very sweet too. Excellent chapter! :)

I've read through everything you have so far and I have to say that it is DEFINITELY (no italics [ ) one of the best stories on . It doesn't try to reach above its intended purpose and poignantly accomplishes what it sets out to do. The pacing of the story works so well, with the diary entries being the focal point of each chapter but having each chapter relate to the current events of the story and help progress the actual plot. Love to see your take on Cloud & Tifa's views of their friends which is really what the entire Final Fantasy series is about-the bonds between friends being strong enough to overcome world-shaking challenges.
