Interesting story looking forward to the next chapter

That's understandable and both good. However , I wish you could continu the elfen lied story 2 with Gohan xD Ik I'm asking but it was soo good.

Maybe try and build some early stages of the Piccolo/Gohan connection?

You spent way too long on that tournament. It bored me enough to make me lose interest in the story.

Great chapter, I wonder if everyone will end up at the same place to face Garlic or will Tien and Chao-tzu end up having their own adventure somewhere else while Goku and the others deal with Garlic.

changing the structure of a character results in a whole new character with the same name, it makes sense for people who read this for gohan to stop reading as gohan isn't in the story.

Aye the story continues! Since those bozos are introduced, perhaps Raditz comes in soon or this will still be more of Dragon Ball.

Wow. Not going to lie, Chichi was really annoying in this chapter. But it was interesting how you showed Goku's reaction to her pregnancy, the birth and the two of them discussing Gohan. These are aspects that weren't (and will probably never) be explored in the actual series. Anyway, can't wait to see what happens next. I'll keep reading on.

Awesome story so far and looking forward to the next one and who are these shadowy individuals (I'm thinking Garlic Jr and his minions).

Also really like that Krillin won the tournament (he worked just as hard as anyone in the series but didn't ever really get anything to show for it, now he has), also I liked this tournament as it's a great way to show Gohan how much fun Martial Arts can be, especially when you go up against a tough opponent (something that Gohan never really got to experience in the series as most of his exposure was life or death situations or preparing for life or death situations), also his father losing will have the added benefit of showing Gohan that his father isn't unbeatable (which is something I've always felt held Gohan back in his training, due to how much he idolised his father and had him on such a pedestal that he never truly believed he could become better than his father), I also like the determination of the other fighters not to be left behind and they are not willing to leave everything up to Goku to save them and protect their world.

That was definitely a kick ass fight! Seriously, just a no holds barred, all out battle between two old friends was a very nice way to end the tournament.

I'm very glad Krillin won, to be honest, for he seems to get pushed to the wayside most of the time in DBZ. Now the Krillmaster has made it to the champion ranks!

And Garlic Jr. was kind of an idiot in trying to kill Piccolo and then try to use the dragonballs. Guess he really didn't do his research to realize that killing Piccolo and Kami renders the Dragonballs inert at this point. Luckily he has incompetent minions.
