Hmm...Hiei's megaly huge...no second heartbeat. I have two guesses:

1) demonic parasite

It would become one with Hiei or the baby and start feeding off of them.

2) Since he's a demon, he'll go through his trimesters way faster than a human would.

I doubt I'm correct, but you never know.
