This story is amazing! I am only on chapter 2 and it is 10;33 at night. I don't think I will be going to sleep any time soon. When I had read the original books I was very Team Katniss and saw foxface as anything but another tribute that had to die. But this story has reminded me how wrong I was. I am such an emotional wreck right now because I know she won't make it to the end. sob :(

Bravo! Very well written story. I've read a couple other stories about Foxface, but yours is better. Even though we know Foxface's fate I can't wat for your ending.

The Hunger Games is one of the books I've only read recently, and it's really good to see it from a different point of view, especially a character Suzanne Collins(?) doesn't portray as very nice.

And she has my name! *grins*

Glad to see you back - I thought that you had forgotten about this (I have been reading all along but am a very lazy reviewer!). I really like your interpretation of 'Foxface' although her life in this is slightly different to what I imagine. Her thoughts and feelings are similar though, especially the way she views the other tributes.

To me the best bit about this chapter is the way you write the Careers as normal people. I'm sure they all have their own stories and are not necessarily as evil as they appear - when I read the book, the only people I considered 'evil' were the Capitol. The argument over the night-vision glasses was a nice touch!

Excellent story! Very fluent and in-character... I think the Hunger Games might be one of my favorite books. I can't wait for the next one in September!

I love your interpretation of the Careers: they seem so normal, it's a refreshing change. This was quite a good chapter. I like how she still feels sorry for Katniss and Rue. Why does she seem to know all the tributes in the Games names though?
