why didn't sasuke say that it was someone psycho that used to live in the home with naruto- who has a crush on naruto- & he tries to destroy any other men who become friends with naruto, etc...
the bit with sasuke being sick was a bit too long and boring.
- sasuke acting very irrational even without alcohol now

beyond the silliness that was a drunk sasuke-
the whole interaction between naruto and sasuke's parents- and especially sasuke's dad- was really good- revealed a lot about sasuke and the father-

Bravo, this was a fantastic read. I loved your portrayal of naruto and Sasuke!

I hope Kabuto rots in jail. I'm glad everything else pretty much turned out well though. This was a good story, aside from some spelling errors. I really liked Sasuke & Naruto's personalities in this. They were pretty in character and the emotional parts of the story were strong. I liked Itachi too. He wasn't super affectionate or anything but I never doubted how much he loved Sasuke so it was perfect.

I had a slight conniption when I came across this story because:
-the summary was so terribly amusing to me, and the first chapter drew me in.
-But I told myself I wouldn't read it, because it wasn't marked as complete and hadn't been updated in like, years.
But you did in fact, end it! I think what I'm trying to say is, you should mark your story as complete, so you don't risk others passing over the story like I would've done, because it really was a great one! :P

Hm. I'm yes and no about the story as a whole. I just read this and am not entirely sure how I feel about it.
The beginning was very interesting, page-turning material...but as the story went on it became less and less interesting to read. I forced myself a bit through it.

Interaction between Naruto and Sasuke SERIOUSLY died after the trip and then when it is FINALLY allowed for them to get back into it; it's very abrupt.

but that's my opinion, I guess. It's not meant to offend you or anything.

I've just read your story and couldn't leave it without a proper review. First of all I was shocked that the story has really ended for you, because when I was reading chapter 10 all I thought was: "Damn just one more chapter, so it is uncompleted" (Didn't really control if the story I read is complete, your headline was just too apitizing.)

After reading the last chapter I changed my opinion, first I like to say that I really appreciated the way you were writing this story, it was very vivid and fascinating.

I liked the way you pictured Sasukes thoughts and moreover it was very exciting to read those interludes where you could get information about Naruto aswell.

Furthermore I liked the ending, sure you could have let it ended much later, but it's a nice way of ending the story, the most important things happened and you gave all readers open questions and we have all our way to treat with them.

For expample you can't really be sure if Naruto isn't right with his last thoughts about Itachi's Plan and you can't be sure if Sasuke saw everything like it happened or misinterpreted many, I like it, that after reading your story I realize I'll never lose my optimism which is at the moment very cracked. Really after reading your story I couldn't change a bit that I like to think Naruto was right with everything, with Itachi's intentions, with Sasukes problems and that his family isn't so bad afterall and moreover with Kabuto, I also think that Kabuto get what he deserves and Naruto gets free. I can't deny that you wrote it open enough, that someone can think Sasuke's point of view was much more realistic but that shows me even better what a optimist I am.

So your story was all in all really well written, fascinating and captivating and for me a good way to find more about myself in a time where I'm really confused about many things.

An excellent, brilliant story. I read it awhile ago, but never got past the first page. I didn't notice there were more chapters XD. The great thing about it is that the first page is wonderful enough to be probably my favorite oneshot, but the rest of the story is just as amazing, making this fanfiction one of the best (and hottest) I've read yet. :)
