Oh how I love this story! You write Aizen so well. Weaving a bit of humanity into a character portrayed so devoid of such is a difficult task for many to carry out without making the character too OOC. Please, do keep uploading/editing!

great story, sad ending; but thats to be expected since it is Aizen after all. I won't lie I was hoping that they'd end up together or that the sequel would lead them to being together...Sadly there isn't a sequel it turns out. :(

Gin popping out of nowhere never cease to crack me up. And Aizen regretting not meeting Nina a hundred years ago? Ah, how bittersweet!

I like the way it ends. Quiet and absolute, hidden heartbreak. Aizen denies he has a heart but his loneliness says it all. He will never have what he wants, just like the symbolism of his zanpakutou. He could never possess Nina.

I'm happy for Amaya but Nina's so devasted... Aizen truly is a heartbreaker.

Damn... I really loved your portrayal of Aizen. The most realistic I've seen. I was so addicted I couldn't stop reading until the early morning, and I had work today lol. I'm really looking forward to your sequel (if you still plan on writing one).

I'm just on Chapter 15 but I must comment now though I usually comment when I finished reading all chapters. The story may be slow paced but it's an enjoyable slow pace that gives me lots of time to daydream as I slowly read through every chapter.

Your writing shows your wide-ranged vocabulary, observation skills and understanding of Bleach culture, universe and characters. Plus, I really appreciate your author's notes at every chapter's end. They serve as extra information and reminders of what readers or fans might have missed while reading your story or while reading/watching the manga/anime. Keep it up!

Your understand the characters deep to their core even though they're so mysterious. The way you write out their personalities, conversations, and body language fit the characters too well when compared to the manga.

Actually I have more to say but I don't know how to express it so I'll comment in later chapters.

I just finished reading through this story and I really enjoyed it! While I would be interested in reading a "what if" situation which has Nina defecting and joining up with Aizen, I couldn't see her doing that. I checked your profile for a sequel to this and I can't tell if you wrote it and it's missing, or is you never wrote it in the first place. If you do put it up, will you let me know? I'm excited to see how things continue for both Nina and Amaya. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this. I have a soft spot for OC stories, but find a realistic one is so hard. But this worked really great both your OC slotted into the story like they belonged there. Yeah I kinda am disappointed that Nina didn't go off with Aizen. Truthfully I haven't come across many OC/Aizen story that I can stomach. Maybe an Alternate ending in which she does go? I'm hoping something happens in the sequel I know you said I would be focusing on Nina and Yumichika, as much as I love him and felt sorry for the guy for liking Nina when she was with Aizen, I'm kinda hoping they don't get together. oh well its up to you anyway.

I love your take on the whole Sousuke/OC scenario and I really believe in Sousuke having some sort of heart. Your writing was truly a delight to read.

My only complaint though would be that Nina did not really get closure. To be honest, I was hoping that you'd leave more of an opening for her and Yumichika.

But I can't really complain. You put Yumichika up when most people wouldn't. For that, a Yumichika fangirl thanks you. :)
