That was really good. While Willow/Tara are my favourite couple of the series, this was also decent and sassy work.

While I prefer two people, I don't mind a threesome every now and then.

Read this one before but didn't comment, but wanted to now. I like your writing style, and I think you have the characters' 'voices' down very well. It's also a good start to the story and the actions that follow.

This is one of those stories, though, where it drives me a little bonkers that they don't embrace modern tactics and weaponry. They're fighting demons who are all coming through one portal? Get a couple of machine guns set up and aimed at the opening and cut loose - threat ends before it starts. Or a flame thrower, or just a big pit of burning oil. I always wanted Xander to just take over and tell them that just because the Slayers historically used stakes, knives, swords, and crossbows doesn't mean it always has to be that way - modernization saves lives. g

Not a complaint about the story, just about the characters as they were developed in the show. Seriously, would using a shotgun to fight big strong demons be SUCH an insult to the Slayer line? ;)
