Tap the breaks a bit. Leave some room for them to get to know each other instead of vomiting it all out the moment they meet. Give us something to look forward to. Like that moment where they both realized they were orphans... Do you know how much more impactful a scene like that could've been after they've gotten to know each other? It would've been dramatic instead of backstory conveyed in 3 seconds of meeting each other. It would've brought them closer.

What did you send him to school for? Or make him a business man for that matter. It's jarring to go from on to the other. You really should've picked one and ran with it.

This is pretty good. I just don’t see the point in giving Harry extra powers when he has His magic. If using lightning is important to the story you could easily just have him learn a powerful lightning spell

This could've been half as long. I'm not sure why you thought a heap of extra and unnecessary details would help the story, but I can't help but imagine this would be a higher quality story if you wen't over it once more and condensed the chapters down to just the good parts. Like the memory thing... just delete it. Same with any other scene that didn't have to be there. The chapter is too long so you have to start getting rid of something.
