i knew the story was gonna be DRAMA as soon as that reveal of tru as faith's twin. then when you threw in faith, riley, darla, etc i kept thinking how this was definitely gonna worse. i was stressing on behalf of buffy over her confused feelings and fear of being found out. i was wondering how you were going to explode it all - if it was gonna be buffy that was going to confess or maybe spike unintentionally spilling the beans or faith happening to be visiting angel in LA. so that anticipation was fun.

i actually was a fan of Tru Calling so appreciated how you included tru in this world. you really made her a perfect girlfriend. i like to think she would remain a good influence on faith and buffy in this AU.

the only thing i kind of wished was that you showed more than just the lust / desire between faith and buffy. you for sure did a great job of showing that intensity, don't get me wrong. but you had buffy pointedly saying that she wanted more than sex from faith, that she was fearful of faith leaving, of faith hurting her, how she couldn't imagine faith being a good girlfriend, etc. it would've been nice to show faith demonstrating how she was changing and growing into a version that buffy could be happy with and essentially leaving buffy w/ no excuses why she wouldn't take a chance w/ faith. like, even just a morning after to this final scene where they woke up together and faith doing something unexpectedly 'girlfriend-like' would've been sweet.

Reading in 2017 and lemme tell you, this story NEVER gets old to methis is about the 19th time I'm reading it tbh.

Why on earth would Faith ever be interested in spike? Faith would never ever sleep with a vamp. It goes against everything she is and to even mention it is insulting to her character

Gosh I hate how Tru is going to get hurt in the end. She is so loving and understanding and definitely don't deserve to get hurt.

Can't say that I have ever been in a situation remotely like this (then again, who in the real world actually has?) but I have to say that Buffy is really pissing me off here. Instead of getting both offended and turned off by Faith being ridiculously forward and inappropriate, she just gives in? She had to break up with Riley because she wanted to be with Tru, and now she's cheating on Tru with Faith? *shakes head* Sorry, B, but you deserve every bit of pain that's coming to you. You don't deserve Tru at this point, and I would only hope that every one of your friends and family show how disappointed they are in you for doing what you are.

Okay, let me first say that I'm obviously very late to the party on this, but I'm going to post a review anyway. I like the concept of the story, and you write it very well. Buffy's hesitancy about exploring the homosexual side of herself, her concern about being seen as doing something wrong by her friends and family as well as just going too fast, the confusion about Faith - all of it is well done.

I would also like to say that I'm a fan of Fuffy, even if it's not necessarily my favorite ship from this universe, and ordinarily I'd love to see them get together. Here, though, I actually don't want it to happen. Buffy isn't being fair to Tru but constantly comparing her to Faith. It's completely understandable, given how they met, the twin thing, etc., but I just can't see enough positive things at this point in the Buffy/Faith relationship for Buffy to be pulled so much toward it and away from one with Tru. I know you told us Fuffy was coming, and it seems like it's here, but I really would rather have seen her just staying with Tru, owning up to how it all happened, and leaving Faith primarily out of it.
